  • Travel Fee Policy

    • Service Radius: Travel is fully included for all locations within 15 miles of Waterford, WI (53185).

    • Extended Travel: Locations outside the standard radius incur a travel fee of $0.65 per mile per session to cover time and fuel.

  • Cancellations:

    • Peace of Mind Guarantee: Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel your session for free up to 48 hours before your appointment.

    • Late Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost to protect dedicated scheduling blocks.
